Refund Policy

At Bear Lake Pool and Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments may be granted. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

One-Time Services:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Subscription Services:

  • New subscribers are eligible for 50% off their first month, but this is non-refundable after the first service has been completed.

  • Subscription plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused services within the current billing cycle.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, please provide at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • A service was not completed as scheduled due to an error on our part.

  • The customer reports a service issue within 24 hours, and we are unable to resolve the problem.

  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurs (refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions affecting pool clarity).

  • Services that have been fully rendered as described.

  • Failure to comply with pool and spa maintenance recommendations that result in damage or poor water conditions.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at Hello@bearlakepoolandspa.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and service address

  • The date of service

  • A detailed reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting photos or documentation (if applicable)

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with the next steps.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Bear Lake Pool and Spa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
